01 / step 1

Free consultation

Meet with a certified designer at no obligation or fee, discuss your vision and receive recommendations from our designers, work together to conceive an action plan.

Our team will discuss and recommend the most suitable design for your space, needs, and budget with no commitment to you.

02 / step 2

Proposal

The proposal stage will review the labor and design estimate based on what we discussed during your consultation. We will walk you through our assessment in full detail .After you decide to work with AmericanKitchen&Bath we will produce a full preview of your design as it will appear after the installation.

03 / step 3

Legal permits

We will handle all communication and correspondence with your building management to get approval for the renovation.

04 / step 4

Material Selection

After we ensure that all the materials you've approved for the project will work in your space, we track all the products to the construction site .If we order something that arrives defective, we will replace it at no additional cost.

05 / step 5

Construction

Your project manager will supervise every phase of your renovation. He will keep you updated on what is happening and coming up next,answer any questions and listen to your concerns, address any issues, keep the work on schedule and ensure open communication with all the professionals involved in your project.

06 / step 6

Final reveal

A punch list will be created at the end of the construction phase consisting of anything unsatisfactory. After finalize your project, upon your approval of the completed project, we will take photos of the final project and activate your 15-year labor warranty that Americankitchen&Bath performed. Should anything come up in the fifteen-years s after job completion, we will fix it within the warranty guidelines.
